The Present is Expectation and Memory

And how could we endure to live and let time pass if we were always crying for one day or one year to come back–if we did not know that every day in a life fills the whole life with expectation and memory and that these are the day?

  1. Dear Anita, This came just when I needed it–returned from an incredible ministry trip to China last week, first semester has just ended, and people are leaving.  Yes, it is right to grieve, but I can’t stay there, and I can’t live in yesterday.  Thank you! Love, Judith
